We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Portland manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This onsite role involves creating shop orders, managing logistics and purchasing, tracking engine cores, coordinating shipments, and supporting team needs. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with MS Office (ERP experience a plus), strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. The role requires attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
