This temporary onsite role in Ann Arbor supports the Powertrain Calibration Engineering team with administrative and coordination tasks. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travel, preparing reports, tracking action items, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication with internal and global stakeholders, including Japan. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of support experience supporting senior leaders, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of SAP/Ariba. Preferred skills include supporting engineering teams, global coordination, SharePoint, Power BI, and project tracking. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with adaptability and attention to detail.
