This full-time Administrative Assistant role supports the Production department, which creates print materials, visuals, and props for outreach and advocacy campaigns.
Responsibilities include performing clerical tasks, managing expense reports, maintaining archives, coordinating print projects, assisting with project research, and supporting the organization of digital files and physical materials.
Requirements comprise a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, candidates must be at least 21, have a valid U.S. driver’s license with three years of driving experience, and a good driving record.
