The Administrative Assistant for the COO of Corporate Compliance & Risk Management provides administrative, operational, and compliance support with a focus on risk, safety, and regulatory readiness.
- Coordinates and documents Risk Management, EOC, and Safety meetings, manages CCO schedules, and supports regulatory reporting for bodies like Joint Commission, FTCA & OSV.
- Serves as the primary contact for patient complaints, incidents, and grievances, ensuring proper documentation and resolution while supporting organizational compliance policies.
- Reports to the President & CEO, overseeing office operations, facility and security issues, and communicating findings impacting safety.
- Handles clerical tasks, maintains records, monitors supplies, and conducts safety checks.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3+ years healthcare experience, knowledge of safety and risk issues, and ability to support executive leadership and regulatory compliance.
