This role provides comprehensive support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, customer and community relations, grant research, correspondence preparation, public speaking, and attending events and meetings on behalf of the executive.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, be self-motivated with good follow-up skills, and possess a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer support.
