Administrative Coordinator

We are in search of an experienced Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of our committed team.

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Perform clerical work to support our sales and recruitmentteams.
* Send reports and other tasks as needed.
* Prepare and send contracts to existing clients and travelers.
* Prepare and send any other corresponding documents to existing clients and travelers as assigned.

Requirements:
* Ability to analyze data.
* Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to assume responsibility and work independently.
* Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
* Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
