- Provide clerical support, scheduling, and manage referrals
- Coordinate service transitions and maintain knowledge of pathways
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and facilitate transportation supports
- Assist with meetings, documentation, and record audits
- Ensure excellent customer service and meet billing standards
- Support onboarding, training, and maintain proficiency in software platforms
- Work collaboratively, model the agency’s mission, and maintain confidentiality
- Work a minimum of 4 days in-office and perform other duties as assigned
