  • Provide clerical support, scheduling, and manage referrals
  • Coordinate service transitions and maintain knowledge of pathways
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and facilitate transportation supports
  • Assist with meetings, documentation, and record audits
  • Ensure excellent customer service and meet billing standards
  • Support onboarding, training, and maintain proficiency in software platforms
  • Work collaboratively, model the agency’s mission, and maintain confidentiality
  • Work a minimum of 4 days in-office and perform other duties as assigned
