The Vaccine Operations Assistant provides support to the Vaccine Ordering Manager by handling administrative tasks, acting as a liaison with staff, providers, and external agencies, and attending CDC webinars for updates.
They address inquiries related to inventory management and the VOMs 2.0 system, educate staff and providers, and manage correspondence and meeting preparations.
The role includes operating office equipment, managing the Service NOW ticket platform, supporting VtrkS reporting, and assisting with vaccine program compliance and quality assurance.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to handle routine and support tasks are essential.
