Responsibilities include compiling status reports, managing schedules, facilitating meetings, resolving technical issues, and supporting project communications. They will help ensure smooth transitions into production, gather and report metrics, and support risk assessments and contingency planning. The role involves documenting discussions, tracking results, and aiding in project estimations and methodology improvements.
Qualifications include a PMI certification, strong communication and analytical skills, experience with large software projects, expertise in Microsoft Project (preferably server version), Office Suite, MS Visio, and general IT knowledge. An advanced degree or equivalent experience in IT Project Management is preferred.
