Top-tier international law firm is seeking an Administrative Specialist (hybrid work schedule) to join its Los Angeles office. Salary range for this dynamic role is $120-130k depending on experience and skills. The position requires advanced technological skills, which are utilized skillfully in performing assigned tasks and coordinating information. In addition to Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel – pivot tables, charts, calculations, Outlook), Specialist will be proficient with accounting & finance software (Chrome River, Aderant), on-line document management systems, survey software tools, graphics and design software (Photo Editing, Publisher, Paint), vendor management tools, and advanced Adobe Acrobat. Specialist will assist with the production of various materials (marketing, brochures, publications, surveys), and provide support for the firm’s intranet site (process usage statistics, coordinate oversight, updates, maintenance). Must be knowledgeable regarding database structures, access and reporting capabilities with the ability to set up and maintain administrative files and records. Specialist will assist with security-related aspects of the operation. In addition, Specialist will provide support for event planning, marketing/graphics, catering, act as primary liaison with building management team, assist with the certificate of insurance, budgeting and contract requirements, asset allocation, art inventory and transport, screen calls, space planning, incoming mail, legal documents, and other administrative duties as assigned.
