This position performs diverse clerical duties to support office/department operations.
- Responsibilities include typing correspondence, greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, taking meeting minutes, collecting payments, and managing supplies.
- Performs related tasks as needed; all duties are essential under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Chrome River, Peoplesoft, and MyTime is preferred.
- The salary range is $34,820 to $51,950 annually.
