Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk for a temporary role lasting up to 6 months, paying $22/hour.
Key responsibilities include
- performing accurate data entry and updating records
- organizing emails and documents within electronic filing systems
- generating checklists from existing files
- preparing and completing mailings
- maintaining confidentiality and data privacy
Qualifications include - at least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- minimum of 1 year customer service or clerical experience
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- proficiency with office technology and electronic filing systems
