This full-time Administrative Assistant - Medical Billing role supports an outpatient opioid treatment program with hours from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The position involves managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, correspondence, and basic bookkeeping, as well as verifying insurance, reconciling billing reports, and handling patient billing inquiries. Candidates should have at least 2 years of medical billing experience, knowledge of insurance processes, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
