Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist with CRM data hygiene, customer follow-up, and outbound email communications. The role requires strong organizational skills, consistency, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (unpaid break; schedule flexibility possible)
Responsibilities- Perform CRM data cleanup and maintenance
- Conduct follow-ups via phone and email, documenting outcomes in CRM
- Send outbound emails using approved templates
- Maintain accurate documentation of actions, outcomes, and next steps
- Provide end-of-shift summaries and communicate blockers
- Respond promptly to manager communications
Requirements- Consistent full shift attendance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working within a CRM and following documented processes
- Willingness to track work time using TopTracker
- Accountability to meet deadlines and communicate absences
Preferred Experience:- 1+ year in administrative, operational, customer support, or CRM roles
- CRM cleanup and data hygiene experience
- Professional email communication and documentation
- HubSpot experience is a plus
