Job brief

Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist with CRM data hygiene, customer follow-up, and outbound email communications. The role requires strong organizational skills, consistency, and excellent written and verbal communication.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (unpaid break; schedule flexibility possible)

Responsibilities
  • Perform CRM data cleanup and maintenance
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone and email, documenting outcomes in CRM
  • Send outbound emails using approved templates
  • Maintain accurate documentation of actions, outcomes, and next steps
  • Provide end-of-shift summaries and communicate blockers
  • Respond promptly to manager communications

Requirements
  • Consistent full shift attendance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort working within a CRM and following documented processes
  • Willingness to track work time using TopTracker
  • Accountability to meet deadlines and communicate absences

Preferred Experience:
  • 1+ year in administrative, operational, customer support, or CRM roles
  • CRM cleanup and data hygiene experience
  • Professional email communication and documentation
  • HubSpot experience is a plus
