The Administrative Support Specialist will provide diverse administrative functions to support the division's contracting activities.
- Facilitate taskings, correspondence, and briefing materials through the Department's Executive Secretariat process
- Ensure timely review and response to requests
- Support office management with records, contracts, SOPs, share drives, onboarding/offboarding personnel, and external communications
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and maintain calendars, briefing books, and external outreach materials
- Manage external phone lines, visitor requests, website updates, and distribution lists
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and Power BI preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability Clearance
