The Administrative Support Specialist will provide diverse administrative functions to support the division's contracting activities.

  • Facilitate taskings, correspondence, and briefing materials through the Department's Executive Secretariat process
  • Ensure timely review and response to requests
  • Support office management with records, contracts, SOPs, share drives, onboarding/offboarding personnel, and external communications
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and maintain calendars, briefing books, and external outreach materials
  • Manage external phone lines, visitor requests, website updates, and distribution lists
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and Power BI preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability Clearance
