ask your Recruiter for detailsJob DescriptionThe Administrator-Sales Center is responsible for performing routine clerical functions in a Sales Center in accordance with standard administrative office proceduresWhat your day will look like:Support cross-functional duties for other departments as assignedResponsible for greeting visitors, customers, and front lobby visitors for the Sales CenterResponsible for maintaining and following Company guidelines for all couponsResponsible for maintaining uniforms for employees throughout the Sales CenterResponsible for associate product saleAdministrating phone and receptionist tasksAssisting Route Settlement with shipment processingAssisting Print Shop Assist with generating call in orders, hotshots, donation requests Orders Point of Sale and performs all required trackingProcess Accounts Payable invoices, prepares CONA check requests, and research paymentsSupport cross function duties for other departments as assignedPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed:Minimum of 18 years oldValid driver?s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyEffective communication skillsAbility to work with all functional team membersHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to demonstrate customer service, initiative, interpersonal, oral communication, planning and organization skillsPhysical RequirementsPosition will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
