Position Information:
The role of the position is to be the first point of contact for the office of Admissions, providing excellent customer service to prospective students and other campus visitors. This position supports the recruitment and enrollment of new students to Northwestern Health Sciences University. Key responsibilities include the reception and introduction of prospective students, managing the general admissions inbox, managing and servicing the university switchboard, tracking event registrations, receipt and processing of required enrollment material and maintenance of documentation necessary to meet academic and accreditation standards.
Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Some weekends may be required for events. This is a full-time, benefits eligible opportunity.
