Haven Homes, a 5-star senior care campus in Maple Plain, is hiring an experienced Admissions Director to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for sales and marketing of brand awareness, creating a database of potential residents, and exceeding occupancy goals (SNF). You will focus on creating quick inquiries to the admission process and building relationships with our referral partners.  

Our ideal candidate for this position is able to build new community relations and attract new residents in the senior healthcare industry. This person must have 5+ years of recent experience in senior living or a similar setting. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to keep abreast of current marketing trends relating to senior living, continuing care, and health care reform. Admissions Director responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement all sales and marketing activities in order to exceed occupancy targets.
Collaborate and problem solve with operations, clinical services, and finance departments.
Implement a strategic marketing plan (supported by the Cassia marketing team) to include social media, referral source development, community outreach, internal marketing, advertising, public relations and events.
Develop a referral stream with hospital social services and discharge planners, physicians, care managers, insurance companies, and other referral sources.
Coordinate the pre-admission process to include clinical information to identify care/service needs, pharmaceutical and DME requirements and financial information.
Demonstrate the department’s leadership traits and the I Am Cassia Values.
Use marketing data to guide sales and marketing efforts.
Select marketing team members and lead community marketing meetings.
Promote and coordinate events to attract new residents and community partners. 
Lead monthly marketing meetings.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Admissions Director skills and requirements:

5+ years of recent experience in senior living or similar setting, ideally in full continuum. 
Current RN or LPN license in Minnesota preferred.
Previous experience in a full-time marketing or sales position in a SNF setting. 
Experience in opening new properties.
Experience in creating quarterly marketing plans.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Exceptional time management and communications skills.
