They review correspondence from U.S. and foreign patent offices, support patent prosecution activities, prepare evaluation sheets, and assist with filing documentation.
The role involves coordinating foreign filings, conducting trademark searches, and supporting trademark clearance processes.
Additional duties include managing IP review meetings, ensuring external counsel compliance, processing invoices, supporting reporting, and maintaining legal documentation.
The position also involves lifecycle contract management, supporting data privacy projects, conducting legal research, and performing administrative tasks.
Qualifications include 5+ years of IP docketing experience, knowledge of USPTO procedures, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Associates degree or paralegal certification preferred.
Hourly salary ranges from $29.42 to $36.88.
