Seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a Bachelor’s (5+ years) or Master’s (3+ years) in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Requires ability to develop manufacturing plans, improve processes, and lead quality initiatives using Six Sigma and DFM principles. Must have proficiency in lean techniques, statistical analysis, and manufacturing methods, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities include designing manufacturing strategies, developing process hardware, estimating costs, and supporting new business opportunities. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance are required.
