What will you be doing at Atrium?
In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what’s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using Agentforce & AI, Analytics, and various Salesforce tooling with systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement, and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms, and data science.
As an Agentforce Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating, designing, developing, and maintaining Agentforce and Data 360 solutions and leading Agentforce standards for various customer projects. You will model new features and use cases in order to drive business value through Data 360 and Agentforce activation in the flow of work. Familiarization with common auxiliary platforms to Agenftorce, like Data 360, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, will allow you to provide an efficient solution.
In this role, you will be expected to cover the following areas:
Autonomous Design & Implementation: Lead the business discovery and architectural design and deployment of scalable, secure Agentforce solutions, focusing on reasoning engines, agent instructions, and topic-based orchestration to deliver autonomous business outcomes.
Data Readiness & Grounding: Define and implement data strategies that ensure agents are "grounded" in high-quality, real-time data, leveraging Data Cloud as the foundational layer to provide contextually aware and hallucination-free responses.
Action Framework Leadership: Provide technical leadership in designing Agent Actions, ensuring best practices for Apex, Flow, and MuleSoft integrations that allow agents to execute complex business logic across the enterprise.
Cross-Functional Strategy: Collaborate with Sales, Service, and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for autonomous agents, translating business processes into technical Agent Topics and specialized Instruction sets.
Trust & Guardrail Governance: Architect comprehensive security and privacy frameworks for AI interactions, ensuring all Agentforce deployments comply with Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer standards and global regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
System Integration & Orchestration: Oversee the seamless integration of Agentforce with the broader ecosystem, including CRM, Slack, and external data warehouses, ensuring agents can trigger workflows and retrieve data across a hybrid landscape.
Performance & Tuning: Continuously monitor agent efficacy through evaluation testing, optimizing "prompt templates" and reasoning paths to increase first-contact resolution and task completion rates.
Architectural Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical blueprints, including interaction diagrams, logic flows, and API mapping, to document how agents navigate complex decision trees.
AI Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of the Salesforce AI roadmap, maintaining expert-level knowledge of Generative AI trends, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging Agentforce capabilities.
In this role, you will have:
2+ hands-on Agentforce (formerly Einstein Co-Pilot) implementations, specifically with Agentforce. External embedded Agent deployments through custom portals or Experience Cloud are a bonus. Experience with Agentforce Voice is a plus.
1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, specifically focused on Prompt Engineering, LLM grounding, and building autonomous agents or sophisticated chatbots
1+ years of hands-on experience, specifically with Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud, formerly CDP)
4+ years of experience in the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-cloud implementations (e.g. Sales, Service, Financial Service, CPQ, and/or Experience Clouds)
Experience leading the design of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring agents are grounded in real-time enterprise knowledge and unstructured data to provide accurate, cited, and context-aware responses
Familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Vector search, and integration patterns
Deep understanding of AI "grounding" techniques within the Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer to ensure data privacy and prevent model hallucinations
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, and Agentblazer Legend certifications preferred
Experience with Salesforce Flow, the primary engine for orchestrating agent logic and complex business processes
Working knowledge of enterprise cloud storage infrastructure, data replication, and data integration middleware technologies
Proven experience cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including proactively identifying and addressing client needs, exceeding expectations, and fostering a high level of client satisfaction
Familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and how Data Cloud integrates
Familiarity with Salesforce’s canonical data model and how typical enterprise data aligns to it
