AI Enablement Manager
Req: R7369, Full-time, Remote
Seeking an experienced program manager with technical fluency in AI and enterprise systems to lead and execute AI enablement initiatives across a large organization. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end program delivery, developing roadmaps, coordinating multiple workstreams, and driving AI adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement. Must have 5-8 years in program or product management, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes consulting, public sector, or AI initiatives. Salary ranges from $150K-$160K, with benefits including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and accommodations available.
