AI Enablement Manager

Seeking a motivated professional with 5-8 years of experience in program or product management and technical fluency in AI, data, and enterprise systems. Responsible for leading end-to-end AI enablement programs, managing cross-functional teams, developing roadmaps, and ensuring stakeholder engagement. Will translate business needs into technical solutions, drive adoption, and manage change initiatives. Strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with multiple delivery models required. Preferred experience includes consulting, public sector, or emerging tech projects, along with relevant certifications.
Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $160,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and accommodations if needed. Physical demands are sedentary, involving computer work and occasional movement.
