We are seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join our team in Doral, FL. This role involves coordinating air freight shipments, managing documentation such as air waybills and customs forms, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and international regulations. The coordinator will communicate with airlines and carriers, serve as the main contact for clients, track shipments, and resolve issues promptly. Key skills include freight forwarding experience, knowledge of customs procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. The position offers a schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
