STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (Levels II & III) to support flyExclusive in Kinston, North Carolina. Shift Details
Technicians follow a 4-3-3-4 rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts. Two shifts are available:
- Team A1 (Weekend Day Shift): Thursday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Team A2 (Weekend Night Shift): Thursday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Please Note: Candidates must have corporate aviation experience to be considered.
Position Breakdown
Technician II
- Pay: $36–$41/hour
- Experience: 4–7 years of aircraft maintenance
- Preferred Background: Corridor experience and familiarity with business / corporate jets
Technician III
- Pay: $41–$48/hour
- Experience: 7–10 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance
- Preferred Background: Corridor experience and advanced knowledge of business / corporate jets
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification
- In-depth understanding of aircraft mechanical systems and how they interact
- Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, ATA codes, and IPMs
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and team-driven
