Provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services on a part-time, on call basis in support of the Department of Defense (DOD). Anticipated events include Training Sessions, Meetings, Town Halls and Seminars. High quality suitability of style and fidelity to nuance must accompany a high degree of factual and conceptual accuracy.


  • Experience with DoD (interpreter or otherwise) to understand vernacular and idioms preferred
  • Must be able to gain access to Pentagon & Navy Yard installations
  • Familiarity with HR terminology and systems preferred
  • Preferred but not required Nationally certified by RID or NAD (NIC, NIC Advanced, NIC Master, CI, CT, CI/CT, CSC, NAD III or higher).
