Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our experienced team.
The Opportunity:
Join us as an anesthesia physician at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital (FMH), where you'll influence healthcare in Interior Alaska. Our model primarily has CRNAs managing cases under physician guidance, fostering a collaborative environment across various specialties. FMH is a 152-bed community hospital serving as a vital healthcare resource in Interior Alaska, offering a full scope of practice. You will mainly perform routine cases, excluding hearts, heads, and complex pediatrics.
- Compensation: $660K base salary for 200 shifts/year, with a $30K annual practice development bonus and $10K provider incentive pay, averaging $700K/year. Sign-on bonus of $65K.
- Patients: 4-5 ORs daily, plus out-of-OR locations in OB, GI scopes, catheterization lab, and imaging as needed.
- Team: 5 full-time Anesthesiologists and up to 12 CRNAs.
- Schedule: 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off, totaling 21 weeks off annually. Shift trading available.
