AP Clerk- Interview & Start Next Week!

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our client in a property management company in the Silver Spring, MD area.
  • Due to growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivatedAP Clerk.
  • This position istemporaryand can gopermanentfor the right candidate!
  • Schedule is M-F, in-office, 40/hr week.
  • Pay Rate: $24-26 per hour.
  • Position is 100% in office and is metro accessible.

    Overview of the AP Clerk role:

    • AP - processing invoices and paying bills via online payments and checks.
    • Deposit checks and cash received though remote deposit or at the bank.
    • Record billing and credit card deposits in AP software.
    • Reconcile Merchant Bank Account monthly for Controller review.
    • Process and send invoices and follow up on payment.
    • Run budget reports for distribution to budget managers monthly and as requested.
    • Act as the first point of contact in the business office.
    • Administrative duties.
    • Ad hoc projects.

    Preferred Qualifications for the AP Clerk:

    • 2-3 years experience in AP
    • Experience with RealPage is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
