A nonprofit organization in New York City has a Remote opportunity awaiting a new AP Expense Reimbursement Contractor.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST; 35-hour work week max)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Entering time-sensitive expense reimbursements
- Assisting with processing vendor invoices
- Recording Accounts Payable transactions in adherence to US GAAP
- Ensuring accurate entry of vendor information
- Addressing and resolving vendor inquiries
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with basic Accounting functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
- Familiarity with NetSuite
