Applicant Workers' Compensation Case Manager

Workers Compensation & Employment law firm seeking a Workers Compensation Paralegal and Legal Secretary with prior workers compensation legal experience.

Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of the workers compensation claims process from the applicant attorney side. From initial interview to assisting the attorney with signing up a new claim, filing forms with Dept. of Workers Compensation & EAMS, understand any Workers Compensation Software Programs, understanding the types of injuries and requirements.

• Must be able to assist with complex issues of workers compensation benefits, defenses, forms, State Panel QME's, Primary Treating Physicians, Medical Reports, and much more.
• The candidates must have at least 1-3 years of solid experience and be ready to perform all duties without training.
• Candidates must be competent and able to communicate and write in English and Spanish.
