We are seeking an experienced Application Mainframe Developer to support and enhance enterprise systems within the Retail and Supply Chain domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in COBOL, DB2, and CICS, with a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain high‑volume, mission‑critical mainframe applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, and CICS
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions
- Support retail and supply chain systems, including order management, inventory, and fulfillment processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with business, QA, and infrastructure teams in a hybrid agile environment
Must‑Have Qualifications:
- Strong mainframe development experience (COBOL, DB2, CICS)
- Solid Retail domain experience
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
