The Apprentice Machinist role is a full-time position responsible for material and tooling orders, CNC machine setup, and assisting with machine maintenance. Working under supervision, the apprentice prepares tooling, sets up CNC machines, monitors operations, inspects parts, and maintains safety and cleanliness.
Skills required include mechanical experience, attention to detail, good communication, and math proficiency. Prior CNC milling machine operation and programming experience are preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or technical trade certificate, a strong safety record, and eligibility to work in the U.S. in accordance with export regulations. Growth opportunities exist toward programming and advanced machining roles.
