Growing Michigan-based firm seeks a talented Architect for their Kalamazoo office.
Responsibilities include drafting, designing, detailing, and creating project plans/renderings.
Review designs for code and specification compliance.
Provide technical assistance with proposals and presentations.
Prepare reports, memorandums, and assist with client project presentations.
Collaborate with Project Managers on cost estimates.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and bidding documents for compliance and user needs.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred registration or licensing in progress; NCARB preferred
• Experience with healthcare, educational, commercial, government, and industrial projects
