We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our ASC team at two locations.
Responsibilities include coordinating activities, providing administrative support to nursing leadership, managing staff timesheets and credentialing, overseeing employee files, completing CMS and OASCAHPS reporting, handling billing and vendor accounts, ensuring certification compliance, and facilitating communication.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office with at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong computer skills, dependability, organization, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
