This manufacturing role requires the candidate to be a W2 employee and a US citizen.
Responsibilities include assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and modules by following engineering drawings, schematics, and process sheets using appropriate tools and equipment.
Must perform wire termination, harness installation, cable assembly, and value torquing with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with J-STD & IPC-610 standards.
The role involves supporting production and prototype projects, inspecting and certifying assemblies, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements include a High School diploma, Trade School or GED, 4+ years of related experience, computer literacy, experience working with microscopes, wiring, soldering, and harness assembly.
Candidate should have a solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, interpreting technical data, and may need to obtain solder certification.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.
