Seeking an assembler for a temp-to-hire role in Austin, TX supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. In this onsite position, you will assemble electronic and mechanical components, support production and prototype builds, and interpret technical documentation.
Required skills include a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience, computer literacy, experience with small device assembly, wiring, soldering, and reading schematics. Ability to work with microscopes, follow instructions, and obtain certifications such as ESD and soldering is essential.
Preferred skills involve advanced soldering, PCB assembly, crimping, and equipment operation.
Responsibilities include assembling components, performing wire termination, inspecting assemblies, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
