The Assembler B role involves performing routine assembly operations on structural, mechanical, and aircraft components using manual or automated tools.
They collaborate with integrated teams and supervisors to address performance issues using problem-solving techniques, escalate unresolved roadblocks, and utilize KPIs and BPS principles to enhance production flow.
The position requires supporting overtime to meet deadlines, participating in Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities, and mentoring team members to improve overall performance.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of manufacturing or fabrication experience, including reading blueprints and following detailed instructions, along with proficiency in computer applications.
Preferred candidates will have aerospace industry experience.
