Assembler position responsible for producing and assembling centrifugal pumps following ISO procedures and instructions.
- Read and follow assembly prints, routers, and specifications to build parts and pumps accurately and efficiently.
- Operate overhead cranes and pallet jacks during assembly processes.
- Prepare parts for assembly, select and assemble components to meet customer requirements, and verify bill of materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist other departments to ensure timely product completion and perform other assigned duties.
- Must understand assembly prints, measuring tools, and manufacturing instructions.
- Proficient with hand tools and machine tools such as impacts, torque wrenches, and calibers.
- Good communication skills, strong work ethic, and mechanical aptitude required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and meet vision requirements.
