Assembly Operator


In the Assembly Operator position, you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris productfollowing standard workon an assembly line.


+ Perform checks,inspections, andescalateissuesto ensuregood quality. 


+ Use andoperatevarious hand tools and production equipment.


+ Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced,andteam-orientedenvironment.


+ Train and become competentand achieve line rateatallassemblywork stationsas assigned by lead and supervisor.


+ Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment.


+ Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.


Qualifications:


+ 18 years of age or older


+ Legal authorization to work in the United States


+ Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens


+ Willing and able to work normal shift schedule and occasional overtime including Friday and weekend shifts if needed.


+ High school graduate or GED


Physical Requirements:


+ Willing and able to perform tasks which includelifting upto 40lbs, bending, twisting, turning, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, performing strong pinch and grip, push-pulling up to 100lbs, and standing/walking up to 10 hours per day.


+ Willing and able to sit or stand for majority ofshiftwith or without reasonable accommodation.


+ Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time.


Production at the Battle Ground, WA location operates on a 4/10 work schedule Monday – Thursday, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays or weekends as needed.


Shift 1 operates from 5:30 am – 4:00 pm


Shift 2 operates from 4:00 pm – 2:30 am


Base Pay Range:


$19.54 - $20.72
