We are seeking an Assembler / Packer I for a full-time, onsite position in a manufacturing environment. The role involves
- performing repetitive assembly and packaging tasks,
- inspecting parts for defects,
- following detailed work instructions,
- using hand tools and soldering as needed,
- installing threaded inserts (Heli-Coils),
- and
- preparing products for shipment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with 3+ years of assembly experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail and safety are essential, as the work environment includes machinery, noise, and airborne particles, requiring PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.
Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean workspace, reporting safety concerns, and supporting team efforts to ensure quality standards are met.
