Performs precise hand and machine assembly of complex components, inspecting connections for accuracy and fit.
Operates various equipment such as lathes, mills, welders, and packaging machines, while reading and interpreting customer prints and specifications.
Identifies and resolves assembly issues, inspects finished parts for quality, and completes production reports.
May work on special projects, compile reports, and assist in different operational areas as needed.
The role requires excellent hand/eye coordination, ability to handle small parts, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a noisy environment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of assembly experience, blueprint reading skills, familiarity with tools, attention to detail, basic math, and computer skills.
