Pay: $20.00/hr | 1st Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm
Perform tasks in assembling electrical and mechanical force transducers, including fine gauge soldering with microscopes, following detailed procedures and drawings. Work individually or in teams to meet production goals. Essential duties include preparing cables/connectors, soldering, cleaning flux residues, operating small tools, and reviewing work for completeness.
Key competencies: flexibility, communication, problem-solving, technical skills. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, ability to read schematics and English; preferred: soldering, wiring, and microscope experience. Work environment involves indoor production with loud machinery, chemicals, and PPE use. Physical demands include lifting over 35 pounds, and visual acuity for detailed work.
