The Assembler performs logistics and assembly tasks, including preparing components, assembling subassemblies, inserting components into circuit boards, final product assembly, testing, and packaging.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, good hand/eye coordination, ability to follow detailed instructions, accurate record-keeping, basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, punctuality, a positive work attitude, cooperation, and acceptance of constructive criticism. Relevant experience or training is also acceptable.
Responsibilities involve working from prints and procedures, maintaining safety standards, adhering to quality and company policies, meeting quotas, and striving for process improvements. The role may include training and assisting colleagues and performing related duties as needed.
