Level 1 focuses on assembly, testing, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting a clean, organized workspace with basic technical and mechanical skills.
Level 2 includes troubleshooting, problem-solving, training, and improving processes, requiring more technical expertise and proactive participation in continuous improvement.
Both levels emphasize teamwork, effective communication, time management, adherence to lean practices, and attention to detail.
