The Asset Specialist – Audio Video (AV) helps manage the AV assets and strategy of an industry-leading brand consisting of 135+ (and growing!) high-volume entertainment and dining venues. This position will work with store management, AV partners and the Strategy Director to resolve issues and make decisions to better position Dave & Buster’s from an AV perspective.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS:
•Responsible for managing the company AV assets including but not limited to displays, projectors, LED walls, control systems, digital signage, speakers and content
•Researches latest and greatest technologies and recommends optimal, cost-effective AV solutions for new stores and strategic initiatives
•Works with store management to ensure AV systems are running optimally and diagnose repairs for non-functioning equipment
•Develops relationships with AV partner companies and collaborates to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner at appropriate costs
•Facilitates status calls with AV partner companies and holds them accountable for service standards
•Issues and evaluates RFPs for AV Projects
•Maintains a database of store equipment and proactively recommends ways to minimize down time and cost
•Issues capital expenditure approvals and related purchase orders
•Helps manages capital spending to ensure budget targets are achieved

o Store management to understand and resolve AV issues
o AV partner companies to get requisite work done in an effective and efficient way
o Development team to define new store and project AV requirements
o SVP Supply Chain & Business Development to enable company strategic direction
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
• 10+ years of experience encompassing AV management and integration
• Strong technical understanding of AV hardware/software
• Established relationships with major AV manufacturers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel (Access a plus)
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Undergraduate or technical degree preferred
• Limited travel required
• Reports to the Senior Vice President Supply Chain & Business Development
