Seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations, team development, and member service.
- Assist in coaching staff, ensuring compliance, and supporting audits.
- Help meet operational, financial, and growth goals while fostering a high-performing team.
- Serve members by promoting products, processing transactions, and supporting loan requests.
- Act as Branch Manager in their absence and contribute to sales and operational plans.
- Provide feedback to staff and keep management informed of key issues.
- Require 3–5 years of related experience, strong regulatory knowledge, sales ability, and effective communication skills.
- Ideal candidates have a two-year degree or similar training, with office environment work expectations.
- Performance measures include team development, meeting branch goals, and contributing to management.
