Washington College is seeking qualified applicants for the Assistant Director for Multicultural Admission position. This position is accountable for the effective and efficient recruitment of multicultural students in accordance with established goals and in compliance with federal, state and institutional guidelines and/or regulations. This position requires a collaborative style that combines specific individual territory goals with assisting in the planning of all territories to increase multicultural enrollment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and one to two years’ experience which demonstrates professional growth and development in the admission field required. Specific background and experience recruiting and counseling multicultural students and a strong commitment to client-centered services. Experience should demonstrate familiarity with marketing practices, management skills, and strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and database management systems is required. A valid driver’s license is required as this position does travel extensively.
