As an AGM, you'll support revenue growth, ensure excellent guest experiences, lead and develop team members, maintain quality standards, and assist with financial planning and operations. You will also handle inventory, safety, and guest assistance, stepping in for the GM when needed.
Requirements include 1-3 years retail management experience, strong communication, leadership skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
