As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in areas such as training, hiring, cost control, food safety, and guest service.
Our focus is on developing leaders through a structured GM development program, including certification checklists and ongoing progress assessments. We aim to prepare you for future management roles with opportunities for competitive salary, profit bonuses, and performance incentives.
Requirements include a GED or higher, with 1-2 years of restaurant experience and at least one year as an assistant manager or equivalent.
