- Oversee facility maintenance, safety compliance, and customer service, addressing member concerns promptly.
- Assist with billing, monitor sales processes, and drive initiatives during weekends or when the GM is absent.
- Supervise staff, ensure operational standards, and handle emergencies with clear communication.
- Qualifications include 2+ years customer service, 3-4 years sales, supervisory experience, strong communication, and relationship skills. Fitness industry interest is a plus.
Additional requirements: pass background check, CPR certification, physical ability to work in a gym setting. Compensation ranges from $15-$17/hour with bonus opportunities.
